Word of the Week: PHI Last Week's Word & Definition: FRACTAL:  a geometric shape created by repeating a simple process in an ongoing feedback loop. Fractals occur in nature, and fractal geometry provides mathematical formulas for the irregular shapes of mountains, clouds, rocks, etc., revealing an amazingly consistent order behind seemingly chaotic or random phenomena.
