Busy Time @ NTPL… Something for Everyone This Winter

Whether you’re looking for something to do on the upcoming PA Day, for assistance with your new eReader, or for social time with other adults, NTPL has something on the calendar just for you!

DuffleBag Theatre returns this Friday, this time at the Tottenham Community Center, with Beauty and the Beast. Tickets are selling fast, so hurry in to your local branch if you’d like to reserve your spot. They’re only $5.00 each!

NTPL has purchased PC Reservation, a computer reservation and print management software, and the Memorial Branch in Alliston will be closed on Monday, February 3rd for software installation and an all-day staff training session.

eReader Seminars have been running all month in all three branches. The final one is Wednesday, February 5th at the Memorial Branch in Alliston. Space is limited, so register early. If you missed one at your branch and would like to catch the next round of seminars, call your local branch and get on the waiting list. Leave your name, email address and telephone number and we’ll let you know as soon as something is booked for your branch.

Looking for a great night out? Battle of the Best is our annual round robin book discussion. Which literary award do you think chose the best book of 2013? Read all three and then let us know which you loved most and why. One great event, three nights: Pam Kirkpatrick Branch (Tottenham), March 24th; D A Jones Branch (Beeton), March 25th; and Memorial Branch (Alliston), March 26th. 7-9 pm.
